Logo Design Visuals x 6
Six various design visuals will be supplied in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format and emailed to you for review. They will be produced in 'tones' of one colour, so you can make your choice based on design preference - not colour preference.

Amendments x 2
Two proofing stages incorporating any amendments you would like us to make to one preferred design idea will be emailed to you in PDF format for review so that we can achieve a finalised logo design.

Colour Design Visuals x 6
Six various colour visuals suitable to the design will be emailed to you in PDF format for you to choose from. Two Pantone Matching System (PMS) colours are selected for each idea unless otherwise requested.

Stationery Visuals x 2- Business Card and Letterhead Layout Ideas
Logo & Stationery Design service only
Two layout ideas for both business card and letterhead design, incorporating your new logo, branding colour and contact details will be emailed to you in PDF format for review.

Stationery Visuals Amendments x 2
Logo & Stationery Design service only
Up to two proofs will be emailed to you in PDF format for review, to incorporate any amendments you would like to make to one preferred stationery design to achieve a final stationery design.

Branding Guidelines
A PDF document outlining all supplied files will be created for your reference. It will highlight fonts to use within in-house documents and will also state the common colour breakdowns of your logo (RGB, CMYK and PMS-Pantone Matching System).

Print-ready Artwork
Three digital file formats - JPG, GIF, EPS - of the final logo design will be created and saved in both small and large sizes. Any stationery artwork will be set up as illustrator EPS files using the contact details of one staff member. All files created for your company will be supplied on CD ROM with an invoice for payment.

Archiving
Archiving and backup of all work produced, so you can have any future signage and stationery items supplied quickly.
